Grace - New Egypt High School
Grace was a four year President of the Student Government, member of the New Egypt High School Business Academy, and the Secretary of the National Honor Society. In addition to her academic extracurriculars, Grace was also the captain of the bowling and tennis team all while maintaining close to a perfect GPA. She will be studying next year at Monmouth University.
Mia - Brick Memorial High School
Mia was a standout soccer player, earning all-conference and all-county recognition, as well as playing on the basketball team and running track. But what really impressed us about Mia was how she spoke about overcoming challenges. At a young age, Mia dealt with injuries, which kept ker sidelined from the activities she loved, but through physical therapy and surrounding herself with a support system, Mia was able to get back on the field. That experience inspired her to pursue a degree in physical therapy at Stockton University.
Dominick - Brick Township High School
Dominick’s involvement in the lacrosse and track teams, coupled with his active participation in various student clubs, showcases his well-rounded character. However, it was his compelling application essay that truly distinguished him. In it, Dominick articulated the essence of perseverance and dedication, principles that have clearly guided his journey.
Despite acknowledging that he wasn’t the most naturally gifted lacrosse player, Dominick’s relentless hard work and leadership qualities earned him not only a coveted varsity letter but also the honor of being named team captain. His accomplishments extend beyond the athletic field; Dominick has achieved an impressive GPA of over 4.0. His academic prowess has led to his acceptance into the prestigious Mechanical Engineering Honors Program at Villanova University.
Kylie - Burlington Township High School
Kylie’s application bowled us over, not just with her strikes and spares, but with her striking leadership qualities. She’s shown us how sports can sculpt us into champions, both in the game and in life. Kylie’s journey in bowling has been a lane of self-discovery, boosting her confidence and inspiring her teammates with her unwavering spirit. But that’s not all—Kylie is a creative powerhouse! Whether it’s harmonizing in the chorus, capturing moments in the photography club, or shining on the theater stage, she brings her artistic A-game to everything she does. Balancing a bustling schedule with brilliance, Kylie has knocked down pins and academic challenges alike, graduating with a stellar weighted GPA of over 4.0. As she gears up to continue her academic and personal growth at Hofstra University, we couldn’t be prouder.
